I led on the development, design and delivery of an 18-month blended learning development programme for medical leaders in Transfusion Medicine across seven countries consisting of two face-to-face days and 16 online modules with webinars by subject matter experts from four countries.
I developed content with subject matter experts, Associate Directors, Directors and CEOs via email and Skype to produce each module which would consist of a webinar (to be delivered twice to take into account time zones and availability) with pre-work and discussion topics.
Oversight of the programme and its contents was done by the CEOs of the transfusion services of the participating countries who "meet" regularly.

Costs were minimal as I used free internet software to deliver the programme - GoToWebinar (webinars), PB Works for the secure interactive "hub" of the course and ZetaBoards for secure online discussion.
Webinars were delivered by the subject matter expert via GoToWebinar, in their own country, facilitated by me (as the technology was new to many of the "speakers").
The programme consisted of:
A two-day, face-to-face conference in Orlando, Florida
16 Online modules:
Understanding Personal Attributes
Applied Learning
Organisational Understanding
Organisational Core Values
Networking and Stakeholder Relations
Getting Results
Resilience, Autonomy and Flexibility
Dealing with Ambiguity
