Shared Inductions

We have combined the induction process for Transfusion Practitioners across four hospitals. These small. but vital groups have difficulties inducting new staff as the teams are so small - so we decided to share the burden and help each other out in the process. New TPs are now trained across three more sites and it appears to be, with a small amount of organisation and a willingness to cooperate, to be a win-win situation.

I don't know why other small groups don't do this?
